This is a little tutorial that will teach you how to make perfect copies of CD's using Exact Audio Copy. This is just a quick & dirty tutorial to get you up and running. If you desire more in-depth information on any of these pages, please refer to The Coaster Factory.

First things first, click here and download the latest version of EAC. As of this writing, it is V0.95 prebeta 2.

Install or extract it to a folder of your choice, put an audio CD in your drive, then run the program using EAC.exe.

You will see something that looks like the following:
(Note: If you have more than one CD-ROM drive in your system, you will have to select the one that you wish to read from, as circled here.)



Now we need to set up the program before we can make any copies with it. We will step through each of the configuration menus in sequence using the links at the bottom of the page:
